By nature, I am a person - researcher and the most interesting thing for me is the world of people and their relationships. I have always been attracted to psychology. I worked as a lawyer in the civil service for over 15 years and then for a while as a private practice advocate. I have also participated in grant programs on several occasions as a human rights expert and then I burned out. The desire to help people eventually led me to psychology. I choose the Gestalt method because the principles of Gestalt are very close to me. It has always been important for me to experience feelings and be aware of what is happening. And now I understand that I am doing what I like. My practice is grounded in compassion, strict ethical standarts and the 'here and now' approach. Actively engaged in ongoing personal therapy and supervision to ensure high standarts of care and qualification.
I use Gestalt techniques in my work. Depending on the client's needs, I use art therapy and coaching. I offer cooperation based on mutual trust. I create a solid and safe framework and space where everything can be talked about. Together with the client, I search for possible causes and connections of his suffering and difficulties.
