Der grundsätzliche Ablauf ist, dass als erstes ein Kennenlern-Termin (Erstgespräch) verabredet wird, in dem eine Anliegen- und Zielklärung für die weitere Zusammenarbeit stattfindet. Wichtig ist, dass Sie sich vertrauensvoll einlassen können, wohlfühlen und das Gefühl entsteht, sich gemeinsam auf den Weg begeben zu wollen.
Im Verlauf explorieren wir die möglichen Veränderungspotentiale, entwickeln Strategien und konkrete Schritte, um dem gewünschten Ziel näher zu kommen. Dabei sind Reflexion und Feedback zu jeder Zeit besonders wichtig, um prozessorientiert zu arbeiten.
