I am a clinical psychologist with a strong focus on helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, and OCD-related difficulties. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is enriched with neuropsychological insights. This combination allows me to address not only the psychological symptoms but also the cognitive and emotional processes that contribute to the challenges my clients face. I am passionate about providing a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, from those experiencing everyday stress and life transitions to individuals struggling with more persistent or complex mental health challenges. In each case, my approach is tailored to the individual: I aim to understand their unique patterns, beliefs, and goals, and to collaboratively develop practical strategies that help them regain balance, confidence, and clarity. I emphasize a structured yet flexible approach, combining exploration, skill-building, and reflective work to foster both immediate relief and long-term resilience.
All my sessions are conducted online, allowing clients the convenience and comfort of engaging from their own space. I offer flexible scheduling seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, to ensure therapy is accessible and compatible with different lifestyles. My ultimate goal is to help clients understand their minds, manage their symptoms, and cultivate a sense of agency over their lives, supporting them every step of the way toward clarity, growth, and lasting wellbeing.
