Individual therapy:
I help people who suffer from burnout, depression, a loss of meaning or confidence. Through Silva Method techniques, I help with the integration of practical tools to be used on a daily basis to support personal development and improve well-being (meditation, visualization, internal language improvement, etc).
Family therapy:
Healthy family relations are central to individual, collective and social development and fulfilment. I help many parents, children and family members to embrace the 'basics': communication, acceptance of others and creating a bond based on love and affection.
My approach is rooted in systemic psychology, emphasizing the role and responsibility of the individual in their development.
I accompany patients in exploring the interconnected aspects of their lives, helping them to achieve greater clarity and understanding of their thoughts and behaviors.
Therapeutic writing is a central tool in my practice, allowing patients to externalize their thoughts, reflect and structure complex emotions.
I combine empathy, intuition and structured methodologies to guide patients towards greater self-awareness and practical change.
Between sessions, I propose tailor-made exercises designed to strengthen, deepen and encourage awareness of often untapped personal resources.
My goal is to empower patients to reconnect with their inherent strengths, build resilience and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
