Through Silva Method techniques, I help with the integration of practical tools to be used on a daily basis to support personal development and improve well-being (meditation, visualization, internal language improvement, etc).
Family therapy:
Healthy family relations are central to individual, collective and social development and fulfilment. I help many parents, children and family members to embrace the 'basics': communication, acceptance of others and creating a bond based on love and affection.
