My therapeutic style is integrative, combining Internal Family Systems (IFS), systemic constellations and trauma-informed approaches. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner world, connect with their emotions and discover new ways of being. In sessions, I guide clients with curiosity and respect, working step by step with their personal pace. We often start by building safety and emotional regulation, then gently explore deeper wounds and the parts of the Self that carry pain. I bring my clinical and experiential background to observe and identify patterns that often go beyond what the client is consciously aware of. Sometimes I may share reflections or information to deepen awareness, but always in a collaborative way, never imposing a direction. My approach is collaborative and experiential – you will not only talk about your struggles, but also experience practical shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. The goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic Self and move towards a life with more clarity, balance and fulfillment.
