For over ten years, I practised as an Ombuds and corporate mediator, helping individuals and teams navigate and resolve conflict with clarity and respect. This experience taught me how people function under pressure, how communication can either build or break trust, and how important it is to create spaces where every voice feels heard. These insights now deeply inform my work as a therapist, where I continue to help people understand themselves and their relationships in a grounded, compassionate way.
I am currently a clinical psychologist and a CBT psychotherapist in training, integrating a trauma-informed and somatic perspective into my practice. My approach combines evidence-based structure with deep empathy and flexibility — I adapt to each person’s pace and needs, meeting them where they are. I place strong emphasis on goal setting, so that therapy feels both safe and purposeful.
I am also an EMDR therapist, expanding my tools to support clients in processing and healing from difficult or traumatic experiences. I aim to offer a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and compassion-based, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-informed and somatic techniques. I work with adults and young adults who are navigating different stages of life — such as the beginning of a career, career transitions, parenthood, or periods of change and uncertainty. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact, and how to create new ways of responding that bring more balance and clarity.
I like to keep the process structured yet flexible, setting clear goals while leaving space for what naturally emerges in each session. My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain insight, and develop tools that work in real life. As an EMDR therapist, I also integrate trauma-focused methods when helpful, supporting clients in releasing the weight of past experiences and moving forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
