My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and compassion-based, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-informed and somatic techniques. I work with adults and young adults who are navigating different stages of life — such as the beginning of a career, career transitions, parenthood, or periods of change and uncertainty. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact, and how to create new ways of responding that bring more balance and clarity.
I like to keep the process structured yet flexible, setting clear goals while leaving space for what naturally emerges in each session. My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain insight, and develop tools that work in real life. As an EMDR therapist, I also integrate trauma-focused methods when helpful, supporting clients in releasing the weight of past experiences and moving forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
