About me
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I offer online and in-person individual therapy sessions.
Most of my clients are expats, leading me to work almost exclusively online. Having lived abroad myself, I have a profound understanding of the unique challenges my clients face. These challenges include low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, impostor syndrome, feelings of not belonging, anxiety, depression, and enduring patterns that negatively affect relationships, professional life, and overall well-being.
Alongside my psychotherapy experience, I have a background in organizational psychology, enabling me to address work-related issues. I assist clients with communication difficulties, procrastination, focus and concentration issues, and struggles to find meaning and motivation in their professional lives. My goal is to provide a supportive and empathetic environment to help my clients overcome these challenges and achieve personal and professional growth.

A blend of Cognitive-Behavioral, Schema Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy is at the core of my interventions. CBT is the part of my therapeutic approach that offers a clear-cut, effective and evidence-based take on psychological difficulties.
Schema therapy brings depth to the intervention and facilitates profound and lasting changes.
I rely on the Compassion-Focused methods to foster a solid, warm, and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients.
