I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, co-founder of Anfold – Center for Psychology, a space dedicated to reconnection, healing, and personal growth. I have a long-standing professional background in leadership and strategic business, and since 2019, I have been following my calling toward psychology, with a deep interest in the impact of trauma on both body and mind.
In my practice, I integrate a client-centered, research-informed approach that is deeply connected to the body — with a genuine passion for the somatic dimension of psychotherapy.
I work with individuals facing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, or relational challenges, offering them a safe and empathetic space for exploration, integration, and transformation. I believe in the body’s innate intelligence and each person’s capacity to return to balance, meaning, and authenticity.
