Every person has the power to grow and achieve their utmost if she/he has the right tools and support to get there. I assist my clients in the journey of their growth and fulfillment.
I am a psychotherapist formed in Person Centered Psychotherapy, passionate about human emotions and connections, feeling privileged to join people in exploring each one's individual unique universe with deep consideration, care and enthusiasm. I became a psychotherapist while searching for my own answers, solutions and growth in my own therapy and, realizing the power that gave me, I decided to pursue the same path and bring the light to others, as I had received it too.
I have experience in working with clients on a wide range of emotional difficulties, relationship / integration / adaptation problems, anxious, conflictual states, self-doubt, depression, panic attacks, couple problems, addictions, bereavement, but also support during periods of crisis, traumatic situations, stress or accompanying exploration in personal development efforts, opening new horizons in self-discovery.
During the sessions, I focus on the way of being and adapted to the specifics of each client in order to find the path and optimal solutions suitable for individual uniqueness.
