About me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Romania, currently completing my second Master’s in Psychology. My background includes counseling individuals and families across both public and private settings, with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, critical thinking, and identity work in a fast-changing world.

In recent years, I’ve worked with both young people and adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, and online stressors. I bring particular insight into how digital environments and media dynamics shape our emotions and beliefs. My goal is to create a collaborative and open space for clients to explore their inner landscape and develop meaningful coping strategies.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and psychoeducation. I tailor each session to the client’s needs, whether we're working through anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, or digital overwhelm.

I focus on clarity, resilience, and emotional awareness, helping clients uncover personal patterns and gently shift toward more adaptive ways of thinking and being. I place a strong emphasis on critical thinking, emotional literacy, and how societal and digital influences can affect our inner world. My sessions are client-centered, culturally sensitive, and collaborative; grounded in curiosity, empathy, and respect.
