Approach

Treatment Approaches
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Systemic approachRecommended for those who want to look at how different systems—like family, work, or society—affect their behavior and relationships.

How we find connection in intimate relationships is mainly determined by the roles we have played in our family of origin. Our most important adult relationships provide an opportunity for us to reflect on or even to leave behind the unnecessary residues of our childhood attachments that are limiting our capacity to create more fulfilling relationships with one another.

I aim at facilitating individuals and couples to identify their negative cycles and interactive patterns and to change them into more adaptive ones based on understanding of the development every couple go through and of the different ways we can influence each other to create more nurturing relationships.
