My journey in the field began during my master’s studies, where I started working as a peer counsellor at Counselling Center of the university. There, I was trained to provide counselling using client-centered therapy approach. I have since supported students and individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with a range of concerns such as depressive mood, anxiety, sleep disturbances, stress and time management, cultural adaptation, procrastination, and more.
