Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
MeditationMeditation is a practice to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Psychedelic integration therapyRecommended for those who have had psychedelic experiences and want help understanding and integrating the insights into their everyday life for personal growth and self-discovery.

In my practice, I assume neither the role of a helper nor that of a specialist. The role of a helper implies a hierarchy in which one has the supposed knowledge of what the other needs. Being a specialist, on the other hand, would mean that I’m providing a service offering solutions to specific problems of life. I use the word practice not in a medical sense, but as in practicing listening, being present, ethics (as in how we treat others), acquiring enough power for an enjoyable life, and relating to an ever-changing reality. What I offer is a safe space, a dedicated time entirely for those who come to see me, my attention, and my pursuit of honesty and intent for goodwill. There is freedom to talk about anything, but there’s nothing we’re obliged to talk about. In a setting intended for relaxation, with no rush, we can try to unravel the problems of relationships, desires, fear and courage, shame and guilt. I believe we are in the same boat. There are things that all of us have to face one way or another: the passing of time, freedom of choice, the difficulties of relationships, various forms of struggle, suffering and confusion. But how one experiences life and relationships - what sort of problems and desires one has, how one treats others and is treated by others, how one wants to live life - is, I believe, unique to each of us.
