I’m a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. Having lived in two different countries, I’ve personally experienced what it’s like to adapt to new cultures and navigate expat life. After finishing my studies, I began my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I’m still continuing. In my sessions, I mostly draw from the CBT approach to help people understand their thoughts and emotions, and find practical ways to feel better and make meaningful changes.
I’ve been working with clients since 2022 and currently offer online sessions in two languages. My goal is to create a safe, open, and understanding space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy at your own pace. I also offer a free 20-minute introductory meeting, so we can talk in more detail and see if we’d be a good match to work together.
I believe that talking and sharing in a safe, supportive space is the first step toward change. While I don’t limit myself to a single therapeutic approach, I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) especially helpful in understanding the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and in finding practical ways to make positive changes. CBT is an approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through CBT, we work together to notice the unhelpful thought patterns and explore more balanced and realistic ways of thinking. The goal is to help you develop coping tools, feel more in control, and make small, meaningful changes that improve your overall well-being.
