Clinical psychologist & solution-focused coach. Offering online sessions, providing a space to gain clarity, strengthen wellbeing and move forward with direction.
Hi, I'm Francesca, a clinical psychologist and solution-focused coach providing online sessions in Spanish and English.
My work focuses on strengthening people’s sense of well-being, helping them gain clarity and move forward with greater direction during moments of change or uncertainty.
My approach is influenced by existential and ontological perspectives, which means I’m interested in how people understand themselves, their choices, and the meaning they give to their lives. At the same time, our work together remains grounded in the present moment and oriented toward the future. Rather than focusing only on analyzing the past, we explore what is happening in your life now and the possibilities you would like to create moving forward.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals navigating life transitions, relocation, anxiety, burnout, and major personal decisions. Having lived and worked in different countries myself, I also understand the psychological and emotional complexity of relocation, adaptation, and building a sense of identity in new environments.
In our sessions, we co-create, you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to accompany you with thoughtful questions, reflection, and perspective so that you can better understand yourself and move toward the direction that feels right for you.
I aim to create a thoughtful and respectful space where you can pause, reflect, and better understand what truly matters to you. From there, we can begin identifying practical steps that support the direction you want to move toward in your life, and the person you want to become.
My work combines clinical psychology with a solution-focused coaching perspective within an integrative therapeutic approach.
This means that while we take time to understand your current experience, we also actively explore possibilities for change. Our work focuses not only on what feels difficult, but also on the strengths, resources, and perspectives that can support you in moving forward.
Rather than following a single therapeutic model, I draw from different psychological traditions, including existential psychology, mindfulness-based approaches, logotherapy, and psychoanalytic perspectives.
This integrative approach allows the work to remain flexible and adapted to each person’s unique needs, rather than fitting individuals into a fixed framework.
