I'm originally from the Patagonian steppe, a migrant myself, and I work with people going through migration processes who feel anxiety, sadness, or disorientation as they adapt to a new life in another country.

My work with Psychoanalytic therapy helps individuals understand how their personal histories, emotions, and past experiences influence what they feel today. During migration, a time often marked by grief and change, this approach offers a space to put distress into words and rebuild a sense of identity in a new place.
Based on the psychodynamic approach, we will identify relational dynamics and behaviors triggered by unconscious emotions. Understanding your present emotions will empower you to make conscious decisions instead of merely reacting. We will practice reflection to enhance awareness in daily life and foster personal development.
