I am a healthcare provider with a BA in Psychology and Postgraduate studies in domestic violence and child sexual abuse. My main objective is to help and assist people to improve their lifestyle and to be able to go through the onslaught of life without major worries.
I believe that all types of behavior, whether positive or negative, is a way in which people adjust to their past, present and future experiences. With attentive listening and the techniques used in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy, it can be easier for anyone to select the path they want to travel. I also consider that art is an alternative mechanism of expression that can be useful and, for this reason, I propose writing, drawing, painting, dancing and singing as daily life activities.
