About me

I grew up in a family of doctors and chose this profession out of a deep love for medicine. At first, I wanted to become a neurologist, but during my studies at medical university I was completely drawn into the field of mental health. My career began in psychiatry, where I gained experience working with complex conditions and learned how important it is to see a whole person behind symptoms. Over time, psychotherapy became my main calling — not as an alternative to medicine, but as an exploration of the inner world of each individual. When medication is necessary, I always collaborate with psychiatrists, but my personal focus is on therapy as a path to meaning, change, and acceptance.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

Therapy with me is not about ready-made solutions, but about the chance to see and rethink your relationship with the world. It is a path where anxiety is not an enemy but a companion. And where not understanding is not a dead end, but the beginning of a real conversation. If you need someone who won’t be frightened by your confusion and won’t force you into someone else’s standards — I am here.
