I work with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is individualized, grounded in empathy and a non-judgmental stance, ensuring that each client's unique needs and experiences are respectfully addressed.I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in combination with a person-centered approach, recognizing that each client brings their own unique story, background, and set of challenges. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel truly heard, seen, and validated, while fostering unconditional empathy and positive regard. I place equal importance on ensuring the client's emotional safety, as I believe meaningful progress can only occur when clients feel secure and supported. I conduct sessions in English and Arabic.

At the same time, I bring a client-centered perspective to our work together creating a space that is welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe in meeting each person where they are, respecting their individual experiences, and fostering a collaborative relationship that honors their strengths and goals.
