About me

Hello, and welcome. My name is Enas Rizk, and I’m a clinical psychologist who believes in the power of genuine human connection, deep listening, and creating spaces where people can feel fully seen and understood. I’m so glad you’re here. It tells me you’re considering taking a brave step toward healing, and I want to honor that. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, lost, or just unsure of where to begin, therapy can be the place where you start to feel held, heard, and slowly begin to come home to yourself.

Beyond therapy, I’m someone who values emotional depth, connection, and meaning. I believe in the strength of vulnerability, the power of storytelling, and the courage it takes to heal. I know what it’s like to feel alone in your pain and to wonder if anyone will ever truly understand. And I also know what it’s like to be met with compassion, to be seen, and to start believing that healing is possible. That’s what I hope to offer you.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
EFT: Emotionally focused therapyRecommended for couples or individuals who want to strengthen emotional connections in relationships by exploring feelings and attachment.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I believe that people are not problems to be fixed; they are human beings with complex stories, shaped by relationships, environments, losses, hopes, and unmet needs. My job is not to give you advice or solutions, but to walk beside you as we explore what you’re carrying, what’s hurting, and what needs healing. Together, we will gently examine the patterns that have kept you stuck, the wounds you’ve been trying to survive, and the beliefs about yourself that no longer serve you. I will hold space for your grief, your uncertainty, your dreams, and your fears, with warmth, without judgment, and always at your pace.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic models based on each client’s needs. I’ve received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I’m currently continuing my learning in Gottman Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Schema Therapy, approaches that deepen the work around attachment wounds, inner conflicts, and relational dynamics. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Every person is unique, and I tailor our sessions to reflect your individual story and goals.

I primarily work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, personality difficulties, and addiction. I also support people who simply feel stuck, those who may not have a name for what they’re feeling but know something isn’t right. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself. I will meet you where you are, with kindness, curiosity, and care.

As a therapist, one of the most important things to me is creating a space that feels safe, warm, and human. Therapy is not about perfection; it’s about being real. That means I show up as my full self: present, attuned, and invested in your healing. Clients have often told me they feel deeply heard, accepted, and able to explore things they’ve never spoken about before. I consider that the greatest privilege of my work.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will not only listen to you but also walk beside you, through the hard days and the hopeful ones, I would be honored to work with you. My intention is to offer you a space where you feel safe to explore your past, understand your present, and move toward a future that feels more authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are.

Therapy is a brave choice. And you don’t have to take the next step alone.
