Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
EMDRRecommended for those dealing with trauma who want to process painful memories in a structured way to reduce their emotional impact.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

I apply psychodynamic psychotherapy to explore the unconscious, the role of early relationships in the development of the personality and their impact in present life. I am guided by Jungian and post Jungian thinking which have therapeutic relationship at their heart and consider such relationship a key factor to understand internal conflicts and to help manage them differently.
