About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist with five years of experience in the field. My approach is inspired by eclectic and evidence-based therapeutic methods including Positive Psychology, CBT, CFT, ACT and Mindfulness. I also incorporate Family Counselling and Existential Counselling into my practice. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Psychology, aiming to further contribute to the field of psychology. This is a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to work with you as a team and to support you throughout your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

My professional career started in 2019 after my practicum in clinical psychology. I have been providing psychotherapy to clients from all around the word over the past five years. I utilise contemporary evidence-based psychotherapy techniques in my sessions. I update my current knowledge consistently with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. That being said, I am always ready to use most up-to-date therapeutic techniques and knowledge for my clients. Therapy language could be either in English and Turkish depending on your needs. Finding the right therapist can be tough, please feel free to ask questions and get as much information as needed about me through internet and social media.
