My own journey has been defined by movement, adaptation, and the search for a sense of place, belonging and peace. Originally from Zambia, my path has taken me through Malawi, the UK, and Denmark before I settled in Australia nine years ago.
Living across five different countries has taught me that "home" isn't always a simple concept. I know firsthand what it takes to navigate new systems, understand different cultural expectations, and reinvent yourself in unfamiliar territory. This global perspective deeply informs my work: I understand that life transitions, whether moving across the world or shifting careers, bring a complex mix of excitement and anxiety.
Professionally, I bring over 10 years of experience and a truly diverse toolkit to my practice. My roots are in Social Work, which allows me to see the pressures of your environment. I expanded this with a Master’s degree in Counselling (Australia) for clinical depth, and training as a Life Coach for practical strategy. Additionally, I completed three years of pastoral leadership studies, which grounded me in the human search for meaning, purpose, and connection.
I work best with people who are navigating the "in-between" spaces of life. Whether you are a professional feeling the weight of high expectations, or someone trying to find your footing after a major life change, I offer a holistic approach. I am here to help you integrate the different parts of your story—mental, practical, and spiritual; to help you build a life that feels authentically yours.
