As a nature lover, I see nature in everyone I meet, in every conversation I have and in every interaction between individuals, couples, families and communities. This is where I am, this is what I observe and this is where I work. I offer clear listening, useful questions and a comforting relationship that makes self-reflection an easier task. I believe that self-knowledge is a never-ending journey, where sometimes we need to slow down and sometimes we need to speed up. But we always need inner calm and a friendly attitude towards ourselves to navigate it.
I contribute to society by supporting people who have chosen to be resilient. The Systemic Approach enables me to do this gently and holistically, recognising the variety of factors that can lead to such situations. Similarly, I take an open-minded approach to the inner resources of individuals, couples and families, recognising that those facing challenges also have the creativity to overcome them. This can happen during a simple conversation or through somatic techniques, including the Bodytalk System, Systemic Family Constellations and some yoga-based techniques.
