I’m a holistic psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals in healing trauma, breaking free from limiting patterns, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. My approach is integrative, drawing on systemic psychology, somatic practices like Body Mind Centering, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and eco-psychology. For me, therapy is a sacred, transformative space where growth, healing, and meaning can unfold.
Alongside my clinical background, I bring over 30 years of study and practice in Tibetan Buddhism, which grounds my work in compassion, mindfulness, and a deep reverence for the human journey. I also integrate tools from yoga, meditation, astrology, and nature-based spirituality. Sessions are deeply personalized, offering a safe and confidential space where you are fully seen, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
I’ve lived much of my life as an analog nomad, guided by a love for nature, stillness, and authentic human connection. These life experiences have shaped the way I hold space—with presence, warmth, and respect for the wisdom held in the body and the psyche. I draw inspiration from leading voices in trauma and attachment healing, including Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Diane Poole Heller, and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, weaving their insights into my practice in a grounded and accessible way.
Whether you’re seeking support for emotional pain, burnout, a major life transition, or a deeper sense of meaning, I am here to walk with you. Together, we explore the unconscious patterns that shape your experience, so you can begin to feel safer within yourself, reclaim your inner strength, and move toward a life of greater ease, clarity, and integration.
May your journey inward be one of healing, truth, and wholeness.
My therapeutic style is holistic, relational, and deeply attuned to the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit. I create a safe, compassionate space where your unique experience is honored, and your healing process can unfold at its own pace. Our work together begins wherever you are—with curiosity, openness, and no pressure to be anywhere else.
I integrate systemic psychology with attachment theory, nervous system science, somatic practices like Body Mind Centering, and elements of eco-psychology. Each session is a co-created journey, grounded in presence and guided by what arises in the moment. We may explore unconscious patterns, emotional blocks, or long-held survival strategies—always with gentleness and deep respect for your nervous system and inner timing.
Spiritual and contemplative tools such as meditation, breathwork, Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, and nature-based practices are offered as supportive resources when appropriate. I also draw from astrology, yoga, and mindfulness to help reconnect you with your inner guidance and restore balance in your life.
Our work is not about fixing you—it’s about remembering your wholeness, restoring safety within yourself, and integrating the parts of you that have been forgotten, exiled, or overwhelmed. I view healing as a process of returning to your natural state of connection, clarity, and self-trust. Through this deeply personalized and somatically informed approach, we create space for lasting transformation, greater self-understanding, and a more meaningful, embodied life.
