About me

I am a clinical psychologist and the founder of Inner Peace PH, dedicated to fostering mental wellness and resilience in individuals and communities. My academic journey includes completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of San Carlos and earning a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology from The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore. These experiences have deepened my commitment to blending evidence-based therapies with strengths-based approaches to healing. Professionally, I wear many hats—whether directing clinics, designing mental health programs, or speaking at events to promote psychological awareness. But at the heart of it all is my passion for helping people navigate their struggles and discover their capacity for growth. Beyond therapy sessions, I believe in the power of advocacy and education to create meaningful change. Whether through one-on-one counseling, workshops, or writing, my mission remains the same: to make mental health care compassionate, accessible, and empowering.

My approach is personalized, blending evidence-based therapies to meet each client’s unique needs: -EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) – Helps reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity so clients can move forward. -Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) – Encourages self-kindness and emotional regulation, especially for those struggling with shame or self-criticism. -Positive Psychotherapy – Strengthens resilience by focusing on personal growth, meaning, and inner resources alongside healing. Whether addressing past trauma, attachment wounds, or current stressors, I guide clients toward deeper self-understanding, emotional freedom, and healthier relationships. My goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s empowering you to live with greater authenticity and peace.
