I am a therapist deeply committed to fostering growth, resilience, and authentic connection in individuals and families. Having grown up in South Africa until the age of nine, continued my education in Scotland, and now living in Greece, I have been shaped by diverse cultural experiences from an early age. Moving between countries taught me to navigate difference, adapt to new environments, and appreciate multiple perspectives. More importantly, it revealed something universal: beneath culture, language, and circumstance, we all share the same fundamental need for safety, understanding, and connection. This cross-cultural journey has strengthened my belief in the language of empathy and human connection as the foundation for healing. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a space where people feel truly seen and supported—so that growth becomes not only possible, but sustainable.
My approach is grounded in systemic thinking, empathy-based communication, and evidence-informed practices, which I integrate into both private sessions and large-scale educational initiatives. I also incorporate hypnotherapy as a powerful and effective therapeutic tool, supporting deeper insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
