My professional background is rooted in solid academic training and a strong commitment to ethical psychological practice. I completed both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB), one of the leading academic institutions in the field of psychology.
I am a Clinical Psychologist, currently practicing under professional supervision, and a member of the Romanian College of Psychologists. My work is carried out in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and continuous supervision, ensuring a responsible and reflective practice.
I have completed formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Although I do not yet hold independent practice rights in CBT, my background allows me to integrate CBT-informed concepts and techniques into my psychological counseling work, within the limits of my current professional status.
My approach to working with clients is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that feeling safe, understood, and respected is essential for meaningful progress, and I strive to create a space where clients can openly share their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
I work at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual, tailoring my approach to their unique needs and goals. I am attentive, supportive, and thoughtful in my work, helping clients gain insight into their experiences while also developing practical tools for coping and personal growth.
Clients often describe me as kind, patient, and genuinely invested in their well-being. I take my professional role seriously and continuously reflect on my work to ensure ethical, high-quality care. My goal is to support clients in building resilience, self-understanding, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.
