About me

I began the way to psychological sphere 5 years ago when I was looking for understanding my own internal processes, anxiety and disturbing feelings. Psychotherapy helped me not only to understand myself better but also to get through traumatic experience and change my life in a way I really love it. I strongly believe that having that experience helped me in the heaviest moment of my like - facing the war in Ukraine. I've remember phrases: "After you loose everything you finally receive the most important one", - now I can say that the most important thing that cannot be taken away from you is your experience, knowledges and ability to choose "the life" every single moment. Fortunately, I didn't lose everything, the most important things for me are with me and one of them - my ability and desire to continue the lifework.

I've been lucky to see how psychotherapy works in my therapeutic practice with my clients. And even now, with years of practice, sometimes I still wonder how profoundly psychotherapy touches and changes our soul and life.

Sometimes life can seem too hard and the problems too big. It is very important at this moment not to fold your arms and not to go with the flow of a devastated "existence". No matter how trite it may sound, but your life is in your hands. This means that whatever the situation is, there must be a way out of it. But it happens that it is very difficult to find it on your own, and sometimes it is completely impossible, then you should seek help from a psychotherapist.

Psychotherapy has changed many lives, including mine. Where before it seemed there would be no changes, they have become real, and what seemed “good and evil, black and white” has acquired many shades and meanings.
