I am a licensed psychologist specialized in Clinical Psychology, trained at UPC in Peru. I also hold a specialization in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and have experience supporting adolescents and adults through challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Alongside my clinical background, I am a certified yoga teacher and have practiced meditation and mindfulness for more than 13 years. I work in both Spanish and English.
In my sessions, my priority is creating a space that feels safe, calm, and genuinely supportive — a space where clients feel heard, respected, and not alone with what they’re carrying. I see each person as a whole human being, with their own story, pace, and needs. Because of this, I tailor my approach to each individual rather than relying on a single method. In our work together, we may use ACT strategies, cognitive tools, mindfulness, breathing practices, and, if helpful and desired, elements of yoga. My intention is to walk alongside you, offering practical techniques and steady support as you move toward greater emotional balance, self-understanding, and well-being.
