I work particularly with cognitive-behavioral therapeutic methods. Within cognitive-behavioral therapy, the methods are particularly aimed at your thoughts and your behavior. One of the basic ideas behind the direction is that our body, thoughts, emotions and behavior affect each other crosswise, and by working with challeging or accepting our thoughts and change our behavioral patterns, it will also affect how we have feeling emotionally and physically.
In addition, I also work to examine values, as I often see that the root of the problems can consist in the fact that we are not living our desired life at all and that this then settles in the body as discomfort in one way or another.
