Many people delay seeking therapy because they’re afraid of being judged or think their problems aren’t “big enough.” But pain is pain. No matter how small it may appear from the outside, it still hurts. Every struggle deserves space, compassion, and care.

My mission is to support individuals on their personal journey by combining the structured understanding of the DSM 5 TR and ICD 11 models with a deep respect for their unique, human experiences. I aim to create a space where clients feel truly seen and understood, offer a therapeutic approach that normalizes their feelings and allows them to grow at their own pace, all while nurturing their self-worth through a humanistic perspective.

I want to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves and figuring out what works for them. I combine compassion with practical, evidence-based tools to help clients build resilience and make changes that feel real and lasting.

I know from personal experience that living abroad can be both exciting and very difficult. You may face feelings of loneliness, confusion, or stress, especially when trying to adjust to a new environment. I also understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist someone who listens without judgment and takes your background into account. In our sessions, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly about what you're going through.

One of the most effective methods in psychotherapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It has been scientifically proven to treat various mental disorders. CBT operates on the premise that behaviors and emotions are influenced by our thoughts and beliefs. It focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to psychological distress. In CBT, the goal is not just symptom relief but also long-term behavioral change.

I believe that love and problem-solving in relationships can be approached in a structured and intentional way. That’s why I use the Gottman Method, one of the most researched and evidence-based approaches to couples and relationship therapy. It offers practical tools to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build long-lasting, healthy partnerships. In sessions, couples actively learn how to recognize harmful patterns and replace them with supportive and respectful interactions that contribute to a more fulfilling relationship.
