I am a trained Clinical Psychologist for 20 years now. I had the opportunity to pursue my studies, with two Master degrees. I am portuguese and lived two years in London. I have 308 hours of training in Brief Psychorherapy (3 years) at the Portuguese Society of Brief Psychotherapy. Ialso learnt some inirial Coaching training. Afterwards I delved into a profound experience with Personality Disorders and Addiction in an internment centre, and assuming a new project on organizing the ambulatory service of the center. In the private clinic my experience lies on Anxiety & depression, panic attacks, grief, trauma, work burnouts, Eating Disorders mainly, Attachment and relationships, adults and adolescentes. Oncological counselling and Self-Injury and suicide Ideation. I am very friendly and dedicated. I am not a silent person, pvery present during the session. Always been a good listener and avaiable.
