Over 13 years of experience offering evidence-based CBT for adults. Practical support for anxiety, neurodivergence (ADHD/autism), burnout, and self-esteem.
Taking that first step into therapy is rarely easy. More often than not, people reach out when they’re feeling completely drained, trapped in repetitive patterns, or just needing a clear space to unpack everything that’s been piling up. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Over my 13 years of clinical practice as a psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, burnout, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, and complex relationship dynamics. A significant part of my work is also dedicated to expats and adults living abroad who are dealing with cultural adjustment, isolation, and the disorientation that often comes with big life transitions in a new environment.
Therapy should be both deeply supportive and genuinely useful. I’m not here to give you a pre-written script or tell you how to live your life. My role is to help you pinpoint what’s keeping you stuck, make the most of the strengths you already possess, and build realistic strategies that align with your values and daily reality—always at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re processing a recent diagnosis, working through persistent anxiety, or simply looking to build a more balanced, grounded life, therapy can give you the clarity and tools to move forward with real confidence.
I believe therapy only truly works when you can take what you learn in session and apply it to your real life. While understanding where your struggles come from is essential, knowing what to do with them on a random Tuesday afternoon—in the middle of your actual routine—is just as important.
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps us map out how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences constantly influence one another. In practice, our work together is an active partnership. I don't just sit in silence taking notes; I work alongside you to make sense of what’s going on, ask the right questions, and build actionable strategies with you.
Some sessions will focus on processing heavier emotions and working through past experiences. Others will be far more practical: setting clear goals, building new habits, managing anxiety, improving relationships, or organizing day-to-day routines. Because I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, I tailor the entire process to your pace and personality. When appropriate, I also share practical exercises and educational materials between sessions—because that’s where real life, and real change, actually happens.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is for you to leave every session with greater clarity, actionable tools, and the confidence to steer your own life.
Over the last 13 years of supporting adults through all kinds of emotional and psychological challenges, I’ve learned that good therapy never comes from a template. Everyone arrives with a different background, and real progress happens when we build an approach around your actual life, your strengths, and your specific goals.
While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) forms the backbone of my practice, I constantly build on that foundation with specialized training in ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. Staying up to date with clinical science isn't just a requirement for me—it's how I ensure you’re getting care that is sharp, relevant, and grounded in what actually works.
Ultimately, expertise only matters if there’s a genuine connection behind it. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly understood and supported, while equipping you with concrete, practical tools to make meaningful changes that stick in your day-to-day life.
