A psychologist specialized in couples, former pedagogy expert and artist amateur, the work I have carried out in these three interconnected areas has been a success in terms of the training and experience that it has given me.
Psychology caught my attention very early in life, in its most everyday field: how we solve our daily life challenges, from the most discreet to the most essential.
As a teacher, this central question made me develop my ability to transmit content, as well as follow the progress of my students and motivate them in difficult moments.
On the other hand, the importance of creativity in personal processes led me for a few years to develop my activities as an artist in the field of animated objects.
As a psychologist, I finally have the privilege of accompanying people in their most personal and unique progression, their own life. After successfully studying the master in clinical psychology at Paris University and training in Jungian psychoanalysis, my passion to understand our functioning and its intimate relationship with the body has led me to learn Chi Kung, acupressure, meditation and trauma informed therapy. I have acquired an integrated knowledge and practice that takes into account our physical dimension, our unique reasoning capacity and our creativity, and I put it at the service of my clients to help generate meaning and well-being.
For several years now, I have put all my expertise at the service of couples, which is probably the most demanding and rewarding challenge that can bring both profound well-being and deep meaning in our lives.
My work is centered on emotion exploration and clarification, as well as trauma informed. I help reach a felt understanding of the processes that challenge us, and I encourage the awakening of our inner ressources to go through them with truth, grace and honesty.
