About me

Most of my adult life I spent in different countries. I often thought that I was strong enough to cope on my own, just like others did. I didn't need any help, I wasn’t weak. However, on the contrary, asking for help and support when it is difficult, coping with tough situations now and gaining skills that will be usis the point of growth of your personality.

I am also a mother of two children and a volunteer who dreams of having one’s own house with pets.

I can help with: • Depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, panic attacks. I carefully guide you through a difficult state, helping you to regain yourself step by step.

• Uncertainty and tolerance of difficult emotions. I help you to identify and handle emotions, withstand them and not suffer from them.

• Eating disorders: bulimia, compulsive overeating. I help you clarify the causes of your difficulties in dealing with food, start loving and enjoying it. Work on your body image and acceptance yourself.

• Trauma. I accompany you in living through your and difficult memories, and help you reassemble yourself so that traumatic experiences do not interfere with building relationships and doing what is important to you in life.

What helps me successfully run a private practice:

  • I work in a team of professionals, psychiatrists.

  • Constant participation in intervision and supervisory groups.

  • In my work I use evidence-based methods and approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

What does evidence-based methods mean? It means that these methods have been successfully tested on a large number of people, have passed their performance test in many clinical studies, and therefore are highly effective.

It can be useful for you: Beck Depression Inventory Beck Anxiety Inventory The Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire The International Trauma Questionnaire

Thank you for the trust to walk your path together.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) REBT is the original CBT approach of the 2 wave. The greatest instrument to identify your destructive thoughts that run your painful emotions and behavior as the result. The key concept is to find alternative way of thinking about yourself, others and world. Thus you feel less emotional pressure towards yourself or others that let you make healthier decisions and have better quality of life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) One of the main approach I use in my work is ACT. This psychotherapeutic model belongs to the 3 Wave of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. During our sessions, we look for value-based action in the actions that are important to us and learn to accept ourselves with all our emotions, while sharing with non-working thoughts and ineffective self-images. The main idea of ACT is to take actions that help you to become who you want to be, abandoning the idea of completely eliminating emotional discomfort.

Emotion Efficacy Therapy (EET) I am actively studying EET that allows you correctly identify feelings and live emotions, build social connections competently, trust the world and yourself.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Problem talk creates problems. Solution talk creates solutions. I love this approach for variety of unexpected questions. As you know psychologist asks you all the time to help you find best possible way in you case. So you can easier overcome life's difficulties.
