About me

On my own path, I experienced deep inner transformation. It brings me great joy to use this experience to support others on their own journey of healing.

What’s especially important to me is to offer you a space where you can speak freely — without judgment. Often, simply being allowed to fully be yourself brings great relief. Together, we can explore the deeper causes of your current challenges and uncover any unresolved emotions, experiences, or inner conflicts connected to them. I approach this process gently and with respect for your personal boundaries, which are there for a reason. It’s not about quick fixes, but about helping you develop more and more self-love and understanding.

Mental health struggles are a tremendous burden, but they also offer an opportunity for growth. Suffering can become the driving force for transformation.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

In my therapy sessions, you and your concerns take center stage—because the sessions are meant to support the change you are seeking. My goal is to accept you exactly as you are. Some people experience for the first time in therapy that they don’t need to be any different than they are. In the first session, it can be important just to speak freely and get things off your chest. This alone often brings relief. But the healing is meant to go much deeper. I will gently encourage you to pause the stream of thoughts and focus instead on your present-moment experience—especially your feelings. This helps you to connect more deeply with yourself, let go of emotional baggage, and move through life with greater ease and inner freedom. Targeted exercises and meditations support you in learning to feel more fully, to let go more easily, and to resolve inner conflicts. Trauma therapy comes into play when we reach deeper inner barriers in the process. It helps us to understand internal blockages and gradually develop more self-love. All of this creates fertile ground for healing and inner growth. I also encourage you to explore and nurture your spiritual longings—a deep desire for peace, wholeness, and fulfillment. These things are not ultimately found in the external world. We must turn inward.
