I’m from Ireland and have been living in Dubai for over 10 years. I first worked as an ABA therapist with children and young people, and later trained and worked as a psychotherapist. I also spent several years in a corporate role in Dubai, which gave me a clear understanding of how work and daily pressure can impact wellbeing.
I went on to train as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist after seeing how helpful hypnosis can be in supporting people to shift patterns that feel stuck.
I work with adults and young people, and specialise in phobias, public speaking, anxiety, stress management, and smoking and vaping cessation.
I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, as well as certificates in building resilience and stress management, and a smoking and vaping cessation masterclass.
I aim to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel understood and can build practical skills to manage challenges and move forward with more confidence.
My therapeutic style is calm, practical, and collaborative. I combine evidence based CBT approaches with hypnotherapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses, while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Using hypnotherapy, we work on calming the body’s response to anxiety and reinforcing more helpful patterns, so clients feel more in control in real life situations.
I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, while also helping them move forward in a structured and goal focused way.
