I have an Advanced Diploma from CPPD in Integrative Humanistic Counselling and an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London (UK). My training has included psychodynamic, person-centered, gestalt, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapy.
I work with adults (age 16 and up) on issues arising from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, procrastination, trauma, stress, addiction and sexual identity.
My counselling philosophy is to treat each person as a unique individual worthy of unconditional acceptance. I endeavour to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgmental environment in order to help you understand your thoughts, patterns and behavior. My goal is to equip you with the necessary tools required to live a healthy, whole and fulfilling life.
