I'm a person-centred counsellor and approach sessions by simply meeting my clients wherever they're at. I'm trained in a range of modalities and tend to use several of them in combination. For me, it's more important that sessions are tailored to the unique needs for each person and the specific issues you seek to address through your therapy.
I understand that it can feel a little intimidating reaching out to a new therapist for the first time. You may not know what to ask, or how it all works, and you may not even be 100% sure you actually want to commit to a session. All of this is completely okay! Wherever you are, feel free to reach out, and together we can navigate what you need from there :)
