About me

My professional journey is a blend of clinical expertise and a deep understanding of human dynamics. As a Clinical Psychologist and Sociologist, I focus on helping people navigate complex life transitions, particularly the challenges of emigration and emotional dependency. Having lived in an English-speaking environment for over five years, I truly understand the weight of loneliness and the struggle of rebuilding an identity in a new culture. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the power to grow when they feel safe and heard, and I bring 10 years of my own personal therapy experience into the room to ensure a supportive, ethical, and steady space for my clients. Outside of my clinical work, my life is a balance of movement and reflection. I am passionate about salsa, which has taught me the importance of being in the moment, letting go of control, and trusting the connection with another person. I also find creative expression through playing the guitar and drums, and I stay grounded by gym workouts, traveling, and studying Spanish. These sources of inspiration help me maintain the resilience and genuine curiosity that I share with my clients, helping them find their own internal supports and a renewed sense of freedom in their lives.

I believe that everyone has the power to grow if they feel safe and supported. As a Clinical Psychologist and Sociologist, I combine my professional knowledge with a deep understanding of how people relate to each other. With over 5 years of living abroad and 10 years of my own personal therapy, I truly understand what it feels like to be in the "client's chair." I am here to help you find your strength and build healthy relationships with yourself and the world. I help my clients feel comfortable in their own skin—moving from disliking their appearance to feeling good inside. Having gone through my own journey of overcoming emotional dependency and life crises, I can be a solid support for you if you are going through something similar. I work effectively with: - Breaking toxic patterns and learning how to say "no" or set boundaries. - Supporting you through the pain of breakups, betrayals, or affairs, and helping you move on. - Helping you break free from "toxic" partners and addictive relationship cycles. - Navigating your relationship with your family so you can live your life the way you want, free from guilt. - Helping you handle the stress of relocation and find your place in a new culture. - Working on confidence and that "not good enough" feeling. - Finding balance when you feel exhausted by life or work. - Helping you find meaning and joy when everything is changing around you. I promise to be by your side, helping you find your own answers. My goal is to help you feel steady again and enjoy your life "here and now." We will work together at your pace, in a space where you can be completely honest and safe.
