My professional journey is a blend of clinical expertise and a deep understanding of human dynamics. As a Clinical Psychologist and Sociologist, I focus on helping people navigate complex life transitions, particularly the challenges of emigration and emotional dependency. Having lived in an English-speaking environment for over five years, I truly understand the weight of loneliness and the struggle of rebuilding an identity in a new culture. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the power to grow when they feel safe and heard, and I bring 10 years of my own personal therapy experience into the room to ensure a supportive, ethical, and steady space for my clients.
Outside of my clinical work, my life is a balance of movement and reflection. I am passionate about salsa, which has taught me the importance of being in the moment, letting go of control, and trusting the connection with another person. I also find creative expression through playing the guitar and drums, and I stay grounded by gym workouts, traveling, and studying Spanish. These sources of inspiration help me maintain the resilience and genuine curiosity that I share with my clients, helping them find their own internal supports and a renewed sense of freedom in their lives.
