About me

I began studying psychology in 2009, and since then my path has been shaped by both academic training and deep personal exploration. I hold a degree in psychology from Ukraine and am currently completing an MSc in Mental Health Psychology in UK at the University of Liverpool. Alongside this, I am training in integrative relational psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy.

My work is based on the belief that people cannot be understood in isolation from their emotional history, relationships, and life context. I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we explore patterns that may have developed as ways to cope or survive, and gently work toward greater awareness, integration, and choice.

Having lived and worked internationally for many years, I understand the complexity of identity, transitions, and the emotional challenges that can arise when navigating different cultures, expectations, and life roles. I often work with people experiencing anxiety, identity confusion, relational difficulties, and periods of deep personal change.

For me, therapy is not about fixing someone, but about creating a space where all parts of a person can be seen and understood.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
IFS: Internal family systemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.

My approach is integrative and relational, rooted primarily in Gestalt therapy. I see psychological difficulties not as isolated symptoms but as expressions of deeper relational and emotional patterns. In our work together we explore how past experiences, internal dynamics, and present-day situations interact.

I incorporate elements from somatic approaches and parts-based work (such as Internal Family Systems) to help clients develop greater awareness of their inner world and how it shows up in the body, emotions, and relationships.

I am interested in working with the whole person — cognitive, emotional, relational, and existential aspects of experience. For many people, questions of meaning, values, and spirituality are also part of their psychological journey, and I aim to create space where these dimensions can be explored safely and respectfully.

Sessions are collaborative and paced according to each person’s needs. My role is not to impose solutions, but to support deeper understanding, integration, and the capacity to make conscious choices in one’s life.
