I am a psychologist with clinical experience since 2018, currently based in the Netherlands and working with clients internationally through online therapy in both Portuguese and English. I hold a degree in Psychology and I am completing my postgraduate specialization in Jungian (Analytical) Psychology.
I am also professionally registered in the Netherlands with NFG and NBTP, ensuring that my work follows recognized ethical and professional standards.
I work with adults who experience anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, low mood, and difficulties with focus and organization. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel stuck, procrastinate, or struggle to balance responsibilities while feeling internally overwhelmed.
I also have extensive experience supporting people going through life transitions, especially those related to migration and living abroad. Adjusting to a new country can bring challenges related to identity, belonging, relationships, and emotional stability, and therapy can offer an important space to process these experiences.
A significant part of my work focuses on women’s mental health. I support clients through pregnancy, motherhood, fertility journeys, and the emotional complexities that come with these phases. I also work with themes such as self-esteem, guilt, emotional overload, and the pressure of trying to meet multiple roles and expectations.
In addition, I provide couples therapy, helping partners better understand their relationship dynamics, improve communication, and navigate conflicts in a more constructive and meaningful way.
My approach is grounded in Jungian (Analytical) Psychology, focusing on understanding emotional patterns, unconscious processes, and deeper aspects of the self. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with clarity.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and autonomy, while also offering practical tools to deal with everyday challenges.
All sessions are conducted online, providing flexibility and accessibility no matter where you are.
My approach is grounded in Jungian (Analytical) Psychology, which focuses on understanding emotional patterns, unconscious processes, and the deeper meaning behind thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Rather than only addressing symptoms, I aim to help you explore the underlying dynamics that shape your experiences and how you relate to yourself and others.
In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. I believe that therapy is not about giving ready-made answers, but about helping you develop clarity, self-awareness, and the ability to make more conscious choices in your life.
I work in a collaborative and personalized way, adapting each session to your needs, pace, and goals. Some clients come with specific issues such as anxiety, ADHD, or relationship difficulties, while others feel a more general sense of being overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. In both cases, we work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface and how to move forward in a way that feels more aligned and balanced.
Alongside deeper reflection, I also integrate practical tools to support emotional regulation, organization, and day-to-day challenges. This is especially important for clients dealing with anxiety or attention-related difficulties, who often benefit from both insight and structure.
When working with women, I pay close attention to the emotional and psychological demands related to different life stages, such as pregnancy, motherhood, and fertility journeys. These experiences can bring complex feelings, identity shifts, and internal conflicts, and therapy becomes a space to process and navigate them with more support and understanding.
In couples therapy, I focus on helping partners understand their relational patterns, communication styles, and emotional needs. Rather than assigning blame, the goal is to create a space where both individuals feel heard and can begin to relate to each other in a more conscious and constructive way.
My intention is to help you build a stronger connection with yourself, improve your relationships, and develop greater emotional balance and autonomy. Therapy is a process, and I will support you in exploring it with depth, respect, and care.
