I offer therapy in English, French, Spanish and receive children, teenagers and adults, treating conditions related to mental suffering. Adapted to expatriates alienated from their cultural identity or withdrawn.
I am a psychoanalyst trained at the Freudian Federation of Psychoanalysis in Paris, with advanced academic and clinical training. My practice is grounded in a rigorous personal and didactic analysis, which ensures that I have undergone my own process of exploring and understanding the unconscious. As a former third-culture kid and lifelong expatriate, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating different cultural environments. This personal experience has shaped my sensitivity to issues of identity and belonging. I offer therapy in three languages, allowing individuals to express themselves in their mother tongue.
Before becoming a psychoanalyst, I worked as a magistrate in France and explored other areas of law, as well as visual art and writing. These experiences have deeply enriched my understanding of human complexity and creativity. My accreditation work, dedicated to the concept of sublimation in the therapeutic setting, was awarded honors.
Alongside my private practice with adults and children, I facilitate art therapy groups for parents and children, mindfulness-based art workshops for adults aged 55+, and volunteer at an art therapy center supporting patients in recovery.
My approach is comprehensive, empathic, and structured within the protective confidential framework of the therapeutic setting. I primarily support individuals who are struggling with the emotional and psychological impact of changes— whether linked to relocation, cultural transition, or career moves. Beyond helping people adapt to change, I also work with those seeking deeper personal transformation. Psychoanalysis offers a path to uncover and understand the unconscious forces that shape our thoughts and behaviors. Through this process, we can learn that we are not defined by our unconscious and can choose how we respond to its demands. We work to the root, respecting the mind's own temporality in order to foster profound change.
