Sometimes we just need a safe place to make sense of things. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore your story together navigating life's challenges and rediscovering what is already within you
I'm Carolina, a psychologist from Colombia who built her professional path in Argentina. That journey of adapting, reinventing, and finding belonging somewhere new shaped not just my clinical training, but the way I understand people. I've worked in mental health institutions and private practice across different cultural contexts and realities, and that experience gave me a genuine curiosity about identity, migration, and the many ways we make sense of our lives and ourselves.
My approach is integrative, weaving together psychodynamic and systemic perspectives. I'm also a feminist facilitator with a deep interest in gender diversity and public policy, which means I care about creating spaces where you can explore your inner world in connection with the social realities that shape it. I'm currently based in the Netherlands, where I'm expanding this work through a postgraduate program in Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace.
Outside the therapy room, I find meaning in plant-based cooking, sustainability, and community projects. Small, everyday ways of living, the holistic understanding of wellbeing that I also bring into my practice
I think of therapy as a collaborative and living process, one that takes shape through the relationship between us. My style is interactive and adaptive: sometimes I listen closely, and sometimes I step in to explore with you, question alongside you, or simply sit with what emerges.
By integrating psychodynamic depth exploring what lies beneath emotions, patterns, and relational histories with a systemic lens that considers the broader contexts of your life, we work together to make sense of what you're experiencing and where it comes from.
My aim is to offer a space that feels genuinely safe: non-judgmental, warm, and flexible enough to meet you where you are. Every person who comes to me brings a unique story, and that uniqueness guides everything. There is no fixed script only curiosity, presence, and the belief that in every encounter, something new is always possible.
Everyone is welcome here.
