I am a clinical and health psychologist passionate about guiding individuals through self-exploration, emotional healing, and personal growth. My work is rooted in the belief that each person has the capacity for change and resilience when given the right support. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can gain deeper self-awareness and develop meaningful strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
Beyond my work in therapy, I have a strong interest in creativity, human development, and different ways of understanding the mind. My background in Educational Psychology has enriched my perspective on learning and transformation. I also have a passion for photography, particularly capturing human expression and emotions, as I see parallels between therapy and art in how they both reveal deeper layers of experience and meaning.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I tailor the process to each client’s unique needs and goals. I combine elements of cognitive, emotional, and body-based therapies, including EMDR, to help clients process past experiences, develop self-understanding, and build emotional resilience. My focus is on creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where clients take an active role in their healing and growth. Through deep listening, thoughtful reflection, and practical strategies, I help individuals gain clarity, overcome difficulties, and move toward a more fulfilling life. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and insights they need to navigate challenges and embrace change with confidence.
