Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Family therapyRecommended for families who want to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and understand each other better within the family dynamic.
My personal focus is CBT as well as the Greenberg's Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Other approaches that are therapeutic to me heart are Mindfulness-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBASP, trauma therapy.
The integration of different therapy schools with the aim of general psychological psychotherapy (Grawe) is of particular concern to me.
I work in individual and group settings and, where therapeutically sensible, like to use it systemic environment into the therapy.
