About me

I have been working since 2018 and started my career in Work and Organizational Psychology, working in the corporate context for different companies. Over the years I have been challenged to develop projects related to Talent Management, Career Development, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Selection, among others. After several years of intervening in groups and organizations, I decided it was time to focus on the individual I started providing individual counseling sessions. I like to plan, investigate, and study the best approach to problems, and with me you can expect a structured therapeutic approach. When I'm not working, you can find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe and listening to music while enjoying a glass of wine (preferably Alentejo!). Swimming, music, dancing, going for walks and being with my family and friends are some of the things that bring me the most happiness. I love trying new things and I'm always up for new adventures and challenges :)
