I believe it's essential to consider the mind, body, and emotions when addressing psychological issues. To aid in this, I use different tolls; one is Somatic Experience, which focuses on the body's "felt sense" to promote healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. This methodology can be particularly helpful in dealing with trauma and stress.
Another approach is Internal Family System, which focuses on inner parts or sub-personalities. The objective is to establish a harmonious relationship between these parts and the individual's core, or True Self, representing their true essence. With exploration and compassionate dialogue, I assist clients in understanding and developing a compassionate relationship with their parts. This process facilitates healing, integration, and transformation as Parts are acknowledged, understood, and their burdens are alleviated.
