Professional background: I studied at ISCTE-IUL university, INSPSIC Institute and the Portuguese Logotherapy Association, having developed most of my practice working with pregnant women, adolescents and young adults.
Personal background: Originally from Lisbon, I have also lived in Paris, Munich, and now Fátima.

Different clients might need to focus more on their past (Psychodinamic approach); present (CBT approach) or future (Logotherapeutic approach). Therefore I seek to integrate these different theoretical models according to the specific needs and goals of each client.
My clinical practice is based on the following basic beliefs :
- Each human being has infinite value and dignity; is free and therefore responsible; is able to grow, to love and to contribute to the community.
- Human dignity doesn't depend on the persons' productivity, autonomy or social skills.
